They Arrived Safe and Sound

The family arrived safely in The Dis yesterday. When I spoke to them at 10pm, they were out on a ride and planning to stay until the park closed at 12am. As far as arriving sound? Well, with three kids, you can be sure there was plenty of sound.

Speaking of kids....

I tried to sing in the Chorale concert last night, but was not totally successful. That nagging cough nagged and coughed. So, I had to back off and either sing very softly or not at all on some songs.

Only a single meeting today, but quite a long list of action items, including documenting action items from Monday.

JV+KLIK's dog is being well behaved. The only issue is that, when they are together, our dog and theirs have barking contests and it is noisy.

OK, I need to make a call early this morning, so I am going over to the phone booth. Speaking of things that our grandkids will not understand, the phone booth is one of those now-obsolete items, isn't it? Since we all have cell phones, there are few pay phones left. Hey, gotta go.

So what is the phone booth you are referring to?

hmmm....our concert: we had more singers than listenr's? but the birds chimned in and sang their parts as well--dont know if they were on pitch though as i heard some timing issues too? perhaps they need to take a few more lessons from their "free-range friends" outdoors? well better run as i have a few errands to take care of, even though i dont have the money which is required to take care of some of these errands? but, God always makes a way it seems--have a blessed day! and no, i am not a robot -as prrooofff
