Non-Arizona-ish Weather

The news reports are focusing almost entirely on the incoming storms today. True, we see so little rain that we don't know how to react, but we even had the mayor holding a news conference about it yesterday. I'm pretty sure I heard this on the news last night. "A bad accident closed I17 for three hours this morning. A home invasion in Glendale leaves two dead. The big story is the arrival of the storms we have been warning you about." Yeah, it's a big deal here.

However, that is not where today's CoV went.
