Meals!! That is so nice. I have been trying to think of meals to prepare for Ryan and Shelby for when the "HotDog" (he is a foot-long now - no longer a "peanut") arrives, that can be frozen and heated easily. Anyone have any good ideas/recipes for this? The only one I can think of ( and great for Christmas time ) is a turkey casserole my mom used to make - left over stuffing, turkey, and gravy layered. Will be thinking of you Randy on the 4th.
