A Sermon in One Paragraph

Conventional wisdom says that we need to limit our resume to one page to get it noticed. Management training says we need to keep company mission and vision statements to just a few words so people remember them (e.g. Have It Your Way or I'm Lovin' It). This mornings sermon was about Jesus' mission as stated in Matt 9:35. "Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness." Do you have a mission in life? Can you articulate it? Does it meet Jesus' needs, your needs, and the needs of those around you? If not, is it a mission statement?
