It was Halloween weekend, so let's open today with a little video about a company called Maniac Pumpkin Carvers. It is interesting.
Did we talk about candy corn yet? If not, enjoy, If we did, blame it on me being too lazy to go look and see.
When we were driving along CR10? outside of Ridgway, we came across this stand of mailboxes that caught my eye. They did NOT start shaking like the ones in Close Encounters of the Third Kind, at least not while we were standing around.
And it is always fun to see the vehicles (Jeeps, of course) traveling together along these backcountry roads. The black one is Preacher Bro's new Jeep (I think it is a Commander). The silver Grand Cherokee belongs to the folks.
And looking ahead on the road, you can see the nice curves leading into the aspen. Thanks to PB for the photo.
It has been a few days since we talked about a new flavor of an existing food. Today, we find out that m&m's has a new flavor out for Fall. How does Cafe Mocha sound?
Have you ever wished a work of art could be updated to reflect a more modern topic? For example, it has been years since Vladimir Lenin led the Soviet Union. Maybe his statue could be replaced by a current leader? Of someone could just dress up the statue as a contemporary figure...say, Darth Vader? Someone did just that this year.
Let's take a look at my own contribution to works of art, today's CoV. The idea was saved in May, so it took a while before I decided how to present it in a comic.
It is time for those crazy guys that do bad lip reading to review tapes of the Democratic Debate. It's got some funny stuff. I'll share the Republican Debate tomorrow.
Buh-dee-yuh. Buh-dee-yuh. That's all, folks. Make it a Magnificent Monday and I will see you soon.
