We had a chili cookoff at church Sunday to raise money for Vacation Bible School. This pretty much occurred as written.

I don't see much else to add, except I heard that today is the anniversary of a famous but controversial quote from John Lennon. Did you guess what he said back in 1966? This was the day he said the Beatles were "more famous than Jesus". Yeah, it was quite the lightning rod for comments back then.
