oh yes i heard the story of the state making this plan of citing for cussing? what a money maker this would be--now if barney fife were the deputy or the officer in charge there may be a problem? barney has one bullet, but i wonder if he only has 1 citation paper as well-which he then would be out of room for additions of names in 10 minutes; especially if he was at a ball game of sort...you could skirt around this "violation" of course by speaking in another language, or better yet perhaps speaking in tongues!!---------[ciao]
