Big Doings Today

I've got to lead a big meeting at 8am. We need to build a plan for how we will prepare for and staff some teams to support all the new stuff while we get a long-term support plan in place. At first, you usually keep using the project team that knows the stuff well. Anyway, we have to know what all needs support, who their experts are, where will the sit, what number should people that need help call, etc.

You've heard this before. Yeah, OK, it is not original, but it is apropos of what I should be doing as a vegan.
